This month, I received inspiration from two different oracle decks – and low and behold, the card I pulled from both decks was the beautiful Dragonfly. The Dragonfly is an important symbol or totem in many cultures. It holds many meanings: including change, spontaneity, joy, and lightness. The Dragonfly begins life in the water and eventually becomes a creature of the air. She is here to show you how to be spontaneous and adaptable as you keep moving forward with your plans. If a new path crosses your way, do not hesitate to follow it if it beckons to you! One must be flexible in life to achieve new heights. As you walk along this new path, don’t forget to look inside yourself. Dig deeper into your emotions, and be on the lookout for any illusions and/or deceits practiced around you – whether from yourself or from others. The Dragonfly is here to help you achieve a stronger connection with all of nature’s kingdoms and spirits: in particular, the fae, who cannot lie. She encourages you to strengthen your relationship with truth. Perhaps most importantly, she wishes that you bring joy and lightness into your life.
